Q. Can I send a Purchase Order for custom lapel pins via fax for my school/business/church?

A. YES, you may order via Purchase Order. Please fax your PO to 401-633-6528. We understand that many organizations need to issue PO's for their internal record keeping. We will gladly accept your PO, however, we can not ship any merchandise until payment is received. Therefore, upon receipt of your PO will will issue an invoice and hold your merchandise until payment is received (up to 2 weeks). Merchandise will ship after the customer’s check is received. Q. I noticed you have a few websites combined into one. What will show up on our credit card statement?

A. Our company name NicheNET appears on all credit card statements as well as all of our order confirmations.

Q. If I pick Overnight Shipping today, will I receive it tomorrow?

A. Although most lapel pin designs are shipped out the same/next day, we do not guarantee all shipments will ship on the same/next business day. We allow up to 3 days to process all orders. Remember that we are not here on Saturdays and Sundays so any orders placed after 5:00pm Eastern on Friday will not be seen until Monday morning.

Q. I am interested in Wholesale Pricing for custom lapel pins. Do you have special pricing for businesses? Where would I find these prices?

A. All our prices have been worked into our products. Please view individual items to see the wholesale charts.

Q. I noticed your wholesale prices start at 25 pieces per item. Can I combine items to receive wholesale costs?

A. We can combine large quantities of 150 or more pieces per item. For more info about combining large quantities per style please call us 1-800-856-0595.

Q. I only noticed a web catalog. Do you offer a version to be mailed?

A. Yes, we do have a printed catalog.  If you'd like a copy, please leave a note on your order or email us at cservice@nichenet.com

Q. I do not have a credit card, do you accept checks or money orders for lapel pin designs?

A. We do accept checks and money orders. Please click on our Fax/Mail button for an order form. Make sure to include the style number or brief description of each product.

Q. I don't feel comfortable ordering online. Is it possible to order by phone?

A.We do take orders over the phone. Please call us at 800-856-0595.

Q. I received two email confirmations with two separate numbers. Did I get double billed/shipped?

A. You did not get double billed or shipped. We send a confirmation of your order(Sales Order)and a confirmation of your credit card charge(Cash Sales Order). Please notify us immediately if you believe there is an incorrect charge.

Q. I placed an order for custom lapel pins on Friday but received no email confirmation all weekend. Did you get my order?

A. Email confirmations are sent when we process your order. You must wait at least one business day to receive confirmation.

Q. How come when I try to track my order, my reference number isn't being recognized?

A. Your problem could be either one of a two things. Your package might not have shipped yet or you've used a wrong number. Make sure your order number you've used is the same as your Sales order number, and not your Cash sales Number. Please call 1-800-856-0595 with any problems.
