    neighborhood crime watch team pins

Posted by jp on Oct 26th 2014

our neighborhood watch team members wear these when we patrol our community, to show pride, integrity, and commitment, to keep our neighborhood safe from intruders and criminal activity. even though it's predominantly a safe neighborhood, we've had some break-ins/robberies of both homes and vehicles.

    I make a difference pin

The pins were the icing on the cake. We had a big celebration in our area -7 communities made awards to difference makers with the medals provided by the Rick Hansen Canada wide tour... but there were the three people that made it all happen, who worked tirerlessly for the communties expecting no recognition for themselves.
At the Chamber of Commerce meeting the next week we presented these people with the little pins for their jackets and a hearty round of applause from the Chamber members and it was very touching. One of the ladies burst into tears. Small enough to wear with humility as most volunteers would do and big enough in sentiment to be the icing on the Thank You Cake.
I would like to add that UPS lost the pins and we did not know if they would make it in time but Pinonda of Stock Pins was so understanding and helpful and got a new order of them off to us and even helped me get back my twice billed brokerage fee. This is a good company to deal with. I am thankful to know there are good people and good companies out there . we are on the other side of the continent from them and I am glad i put my trust in Stock

This pin was a huge hit amongst the volunteer readers that visited our school. It was not only beautiful, it made the perfect statement!
