    Husband with Leukemia

Posted by Sue on Nov 7th 2007

I purchased the pins to show support for my Husband who was diagnoised with AML. He was in remission for 8 months now it looks to be coming back, so he has to go and have a bone marrow transplant. The pins raise awareness to others who dont know what the orange pins are about.

    Student With Leukemia

Posted by Julia on Oct 17th 2007

One of my co-worker's son was diagnosed with Leukemia. He is also a student at the school where we work. The teachers all have a pin to show our support for our co-worker and her son. We wear them to support him in his fight against Leukemia.

    Leukemia Victim Memorial

Posted by Larry on Feb 26th 2007

When a co-worker died from Leukemia, his wishes were to make a donation to cancer research
instead of sending flowers. Almost everyone in the department sent in a donation in his honor, and
we gave out Leukemia pins for everyone to wear in his honor.
