The service and communication were great! I received my updates and product very quickly. Regarding the pin itself, it is very nice; however, the fastener is not high quality and disconnects easily. I recently purchased other pins of the same material(for the pin itself), size, and actually a little less cost, but the fasteners on their pins are locking and better material.
