I lost my only child, Dominique Pandolfo, on 9/11.When the pins first came out a friend ordered them and gave them out to our group of friends and co-workers. I have worn my pin just about every day since then. Strangers have made comments that they love my pin...i tell them the story of my daughter. I ask if they would like a pin and if they promise to wear it..if the answer is yes I take off my pin and offer it to them. I have given away over 25 pins to date. They make quite a statement...especially to non-New Yorkers. It gives them a connection to that horrific day "9/11". We must NEVER FORGET. We lost the best of our future that day.
