Black Ribbon Lapel Pin
I bought 100 of these (I think?) for my husband's funeral. My husband was diagnosed with liver cancer in May 2016, on May 2nd. He died three months later. In my pain and agony of losing him so quickly, I wanted to be able to share things with others at his funeral. I bought glass red hearts for our anniversary, which was Valentine's Day...bought little butterfly cutout coins with a poem...and because my husband was a biker, and biker's love pins for their leathers, I bought these pins. My husband was a simple man and these fit the bill. For the bikers that came, revved their engines at the opening of the ceremony while the bearers walked his bike down the aisle, which made everyone cry....these ribbon pins surely made the day and I still get people asking for them, if there is one left over. Thank you for them, for how quickly they were delivered and the good quality that they are. Thank you so much on behalf of me, our children, and our family and friends. RIP Love.

I am Filipina, my Mother passed away not long ago and Philippine tradition says to only wear black or white for 1 year after the passing of a loved one. This lapel pin can continue this tradition when uniforms or other attire is required.
