Gold Ribbon Pins. The golden ribbon is most commonly used to raise awareness for childhood cancer. However, it is also used for general awareness campaigns. Each pin is approx. 1" x 5/8", cast in pewter and given a gold finish. These childhood cancer awareness pins come individually polybagged, military clutch.
None of our products are intended to be used by children. The small parts and makeup of our products is not intended for those 13 and under.
