Years of Service Lapel Pin. Each pin is 3/4" round die struck in fine detail. Each piece is hand polished and sandblasted and given a gold finish. Each pin comes with a military clutch back and is individually polybagged. You may also select our a gift box - when purchased with the box, the pins will be placed in the box and grouped by year for easy distribution. All years from 1 Year of service to 50 Years of service are available.
To receive quantity pricing - add the years one at a time to your shopping cart - pricing will calculate before checkout. For example - Add 10pcs of 5 Years, 10 pcs of 10 Years and 5 pcs of 15 years to your cart and you will receive the 25 pc price for each pin!

Enthusiasm
I started giving out the service pins to get our employees to have a little enthusiasm about work. In the restaurant business at the coast,people come and go frequently. It worked! If I'm a little late giving them their yearly pins, they remind me.I have several long term employees as you can see by the pins I ordered. We have just under 50 employees.
